Your church's reel
An eight-to-ten minute show about your church.
Scripted in advance, read from a teleprompter by a host your church chooses, and filmed on site: the sanctuary, the lobby, the patio, the event.
What it actually is
Built to be watched, not skimmed.
A friendly on-camera host from your church walks everyone through what happened this month, then looks ahead at what's coming up. We write the script, you approve it, then we coach whoever you put in front of the camera so they sound natural and confident.
People & staff spotlights
Short, warm interviews with the people who make your church feel like home.
Ministry & event highlights
The serve day, the youth retreat, the Christmas Eve service, built from photos and clips your own people send in.
A look ahead
Next month's calendar, presented like a trailer instead of a bulletin.
Shot on site, at your church
Filmed where ministry actually happens. No studio, no soundstage, just your church looking like itself.
Who's on camera is your call
Pastors, staff, ministry leaders, volunteers or members. The host can even change month to month. Every script is on a teleprompter, so a first-timer reads it smoothly.
A sample rundown
What one episode actually looks like.
Every month is different, but the shape stays familiar. Your script is written fresh each month from your calendar and your stories, and you approve it before anything is filmed.
- 0:00
Cold open & welcome
A quick moment from the month, a laugh at the potluck or a cheer at a baptism, then the host welcomes everyone in.
- 0:45
Pastor's moment
A short word from the pastor or a ministry leader on what God is doing in the church this month.
- 2:00
People spotlight
A warm interview with a member, volunteer or staff member whose story is worth telling.
- 4:00
Ministry highlight
One ministry up close: the kids' team, the food pantry, the worship band, the men's breakfast.
- 6:00
The month in moments
A quick-cut montage from people's own phones: small groups, serve days, birthdays, the small stuff.
- 7:30
A look ahead
Next month's calendar presented like a trailer: dates, sign-ups, and the one thing nobody should miss.
- 9:00
Sign-off
The host wraps up, points people to the website or welcome desk, and closes on one last moment.
This is a shape, not a straitjacket. A quiet month might lean on spotlights; a busy one might stack events back to back.
Who captures the month
One shoot day a month. Your people cover the rest.
On shoot day
We film the show
The host, the interviews, and the feature you've picked, lit, miked and shot properly on site.
All month long
Your people capture the rest
Staff, ministry leaders and volunteers send photos and clips from what's already happening.
In the edit
We assemble it all
We sort it, match phone clips to the pro footage, and cut the finished episode.
What to send. It's not much.
- Photos and short clips from a phone are perfect. No gear, no experience needed.
- 10–20 seconds per clip: a wide shot of the room, then something close.
- Turn the phone sideways and hold it steady.
- Send a name or two with each one so people are captioned correctly.
- A handful is plenty. Ten photos and three clips covers most events.
- Anyone who'd rather stay off camera, including kids without permission, just say so and it stays out.
One shared album, drive folder or group text is the whole system.
