Ministry Reel

Based in Phoenix. Serving churches across Arizona.

The monthly video your congregation actually watches.

Ministry Reel produces a warm, professional recap video for your church every month: scripted, filmed on site at your church, and edited start to finish.

What it actually is

An eight-to-ten minute show about your church, every single month.

A friendly host from your own church walks the congregation through what happened this month: the people, the ministries, the baptisms and serve days, the small moments people talk about in the lobby. Then a look ahead at what's coming up. Scripted in advance, read from a teleprompter, and filmed on site at your church.

Why pastors and staff keep it

What it does for you, not just for the congregation.

People open it instead of ignoring it

Video gets watched in a way a bulletin insert or email newsletter simply doesn't. People press play, then send it to a friend.

A communications win your staff can hand off

We write, film, and edit it all. Your team does what it already does at events, takes photos and clips on a phone, and sends them over.

Your people feel seen

Featuring real members, volunteers and staff by name builds belonging, the kind that turns visitors into regulars.

More people show up to what you plan

The calendar segment becomes a preview trailer for next month's events, not another line in the bulletin.

Content that works twice

Every video can be cut into short clips for your socials, your website, or your Sunday announcements.

A media ministry without building one

We handle production the way an in-house media team would, without you having to hire one.

Your ministries, covered, without a film crew in every service.

We film one shoot day a month: the host, the interviews, and the feature you've picked. Everything else comes from your own people: staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers who send photos and clips from the events already happening. A phone is more than enough.

Want a camera at a bigger one, like Easter, a baptism Sunday or VBS? Event coverage is an add-on, priced by hours on site.

A volunteer being interviewed on camera

Now booking a small number of founding churches for 2027.

We work with a small number of churches at a time, on purpose, so every reel sounds like the church it came from.

Real people. Real churches. Real video. Filmed on site, never AI-generated presenters, invented members, or synthetic footage.
